  We've been coming here for eight years and we've never been disappointed! This family owned restaurant is always immaculate, affordable, and serves delicious food every single time.
  
  Although the staff may not greet you with a hostess or spend much time at the table side, they will remember you and what you like so that you can leave full and satisfied. Speaking of which, there is a big selection of food with a variety of dishes to serve the casual or the passionate. Simple chicken noodle soup is my personal favorite, but for those who enjoy delving into Vietnamese cuisine, options with tripe, soft tendon, and squid are available, among others. Banh mi and vermicelli bowls are likewise great picks from the menu. All of the ingredients are fresh as can be and beautifully prepared. One can order from a number of teas or juices (try a Thai iced tea when you come in!) or simple coffee or water is available.
  
  When you walk in, you immediately see a shelf displaying the bowl sizes available with a cute floral decoration, as well as paneling on the walls displaying Eastern art, giving the place a quiet place that one can enjoy food or company in without oppressive noise. The staff quickly collects dishes and utensils so that all tables are ready for the customers. No matter how busy it gets, it always seems like there's a table ready for you! Food safety is never a concern and service is practically immediate.
  
  All in all, my favorite place to get pho in Seattle! This pho spot will always hold a special place in my heart :')

  TL;DR: fantastic spring rolls, good pho, lots of variety in size options
  
  It's nice to know there's a good Vietnamese place close to where I live. I really liked the prices and the options they have at this restaurant.There are a lot of different options for size and the pricing is really consistent. I enjoyed what I had and I think it's worth your time to try. I'll be sure to come back again when I have a craving.
  
  I ordered the Grilled Pork Spring Rolls and a small Pho with eye round steak, brisket, flank, and tendon (#13).
  
  GRILLED PORK SPRING ROLLS (5/5)
  - Best spring rolls I've had in a really long time
  - Great portion size for $5
  - Had a crunchy fried bit in it that was delicious
  - Highly recommend to get you started

  - Mostly your average bowl of pho
  - Good amount of meat and noodles, even for a small
  - Wish they would just have a Dac Biet option with everything in it
  
  I also saw they had huge family sized bowls that are meant for sharing. Pretty curious on what ordering that is like. I'll definitely be back in the future for those spring rolls and trying out more options. I'm relieved a great Vietnamese option is nearby and I'll be coming here to get my fix!

  Not the largest bowl of pho in Seattle, but definitely a close runner up. Pho Big Bowl doesn't have a gut busting noodle soup challenge, but they do offer a large bowl to share. Sharing is caring right? Next time I go with friends/ family we're definitely going to order it!
  
  This review is based on the vermicelli noodles that I had and the ice coffee.
  First and foremost:  this location is so far the FIRST Pho restaurant that serves their French Style Ice Coffee w/ Condensed Milk right. It made me so happy! I didn't even have to ask!  What do I mean by that? I mean with the metal coffee filter (filled with strong ground coffee and hot water) sitting over a smaller cup filled with condensed milk on the bottom. I'm not sure why most of the Vietnamese restaurants in the Seattle are are going with pre-mixing it for you. I love watching the coffee drip down in the pool of thick sweetened milk. (5/5 it was perfectly delicious)
  
  Now I ordered #20, a vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and an egg roll. As it comes out from the kitchen, its as it should be. Grilled pork, one egg roll, chopped lettuces, beansprouts, pickled carrots, cilantro, cucumber and jicama. With a nice amount of Nuoc Mam Cham/ tasty fish sauce.  
  
  After drowning most of the vermicelli noodles with the Nuoc Mam Cham, and eating a way,  it hit me. This unusual sweetness. Now I've read a review by a friend, that had mentioned that when he ate the pho he found the broth weirdly sweet.  I tried everything individually  and found that it was the noodles that had either been rinsed with a sugar water or the pickled veggie juice had made its way all over the noodles. But it was definitely  unexpected.  Not sure if it was a kitchen mistake or if that is  just what they do at Pho Big Bowl. I didn't ask, due to being way to hungry to really care. (3/5) Without the sweet noodles definitely a 4.5/5.  Egg roll was pretty nice too.
  
  For the prices of the food, its very reasonable. Mostly everything is under $10.  The menu had mentioned either a free mango pudding or drink when you order a meal.  I had not received either. But then again I didn't ask.
  
  Would I go back? Yes. If I was in the area and wanted a great Vietnamese coffee pick me up. I'll have to try and see how their other items compare.

  #20 grilled pork and egg roll vermicelli bowl $9.25. Nice portion. Flavorful pork and egg roll. Come with plenty of vegetable. The fish sauce also very good.

  Being tourists, my friend and I decided that we want the full experience and decided to bus here. If you take bus 44 it brings you super close and is a minute or so less of a walk.
  
  As the name implies, this place sells giant bowls of pho. But rest assured that if gorging your self with pho doesn't sound appealing to you they have different sized bowls (s, m, l, and xl, and pho big bowl). I was initially a little hesitant to try the pho because when you super size things you start to lose quality. But I was pleasantly surprised that the broth tasted amazing and wasn't loaded with msg (and didn't make me thirsty!). They were generous with our protein and even allowed us to semi pick and choose which protein we wanted (we got the tripe, soft tendon, and brisket). The noodles were good - not too soft or hard.
  
  I'm really glad I came here for the experience. It might be a touristy thing to get the largest bowl of pho because many of the locals we talked to didn't even know about it! I would definitely recommend this place in the winter because the hot broth warmed us up quickly on the first snow day of Seattle. Grab a friend or two or three cause or you'll have left overs!
